I’ll admit, the Sex & The City movie finally convinced me to sign up for Bag, Borrow or Steal. There is a plug in the movie about it, for those of you who have not seen it yet. It’s a simple concept – borrow a handbag (or other accessories on the site) for as long as your membership allows and then return it when the time is up – think Netflix.

 

The membership levels are:

>$9.95 per month

>$19.95 for 3 months ($6.65 per month, save over 33%)
>$59.95 per year ($5.00 per month,  save over 49% – Best Value!)

 

You don’t have to sign up for a membership but it is worth your while because the prices to rent are cheaper if you have a membership – substantially cheaper. Once you sign up, you can choose your bag and the prices for the bags range from $15.00 a week for a Coach bag and up to $150.00 for a vintage Coach bag. The couture/vintage are pretty expensive.

 

I borrowed the bag “Lily” (see below) from Treesje at a rate of $30.00 a month.
